Location. The Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo is less than seven miles from Dolphins Plus, where visitors can interact with dolphins, in Tavernier, Fla. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Rain Barrel Artist Colony and Theater of the Sea are less than 10 miles from the hotel.
Features. Guests enter through a thick mangrove forest and a private gatehouse onto the resort's 60 landscaped acres. The Ocean Pointe Café and Lounge is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves casual cuisine overlooking the marina and ocean. Barbeque grills and picnic tables are located on site for guest use. The hotel features tennis facilities and a heated pool with lap lanes surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs. Fishing on a private boardwalk, sunning on the beach, kayaking or taking a walk along the private boardwalk are all popular activities. A volleyball net and thatched canopies are located on the beach. The resort features a marina with a boat ramp capable of managing crafts up to 28-feet.
