Location. The Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center is located in a gated enclave in the Westshore neighborhood of Tampa, Fla., adjacent to the International Academy of Design and Technology. The Westshore Business District is four miles from the hotel. The Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is less than five miles away.

Approximate distance to the hotel is three miles.
Take the Clearwater/Highway 60 West/Veterans Expressway exit.
Remain in one of the right two lanes and proceed approximately two miles, following the Air Cargo/Hillsborough Avenue Exit 4 signs.
Just before Hillsborough Avenue, turn left under the Veterans Expressway Overpass.
After the stop sign, go straight and get into the right lane.
The hotel is located one-quarter mile ahead on the right.
