Driving Information

Driving directions to the check-in office, located at 1506 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL - From the Southwest Florida Regional Airport: Depart airport on Chamberlin Parkway. Continue on Chamberlin Parkway for 3.3 miles. As you pass under I-75 overpass, Chamberlin Parkway becomes Daniels Road. Continue on Daniels Road 2.6 miles to Six Mile Cypress Parkway and proceed 2.9 miles. Cross over US Highway 41. (Six Mile Cypress turns into Gladiolus once you have crossed over US Highway 41). Proceed on Gladiolus 1.6 miles to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin and continue for eight miles to Sanibel Causeway ($3 bridge toll). Cross over the causeway and turn right at the four-way stop onto Periwinkle Way. The check-in office is located at 1506 Periwinkle and is on the right side opposite the 7-11 convenience store.
