These lovely two bedroom/two bathroom condos offer wonderful views over the lagoon and pool out to the Gulf of Mexico. The condo consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and screened in patio. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, the guest room features two twin beds, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Other amenities include two televisions, one VCR, telephone, air conditioning, iron/ironing board and washer and dryer.

Check-in location differs from property location. You must check-in first at 1506 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL:
From South West Florida Regional Airport: Depart the airport on Chamberlin Parkway. Continue for 3.3 miles. Chamberlin Parkway becomes Daniels Road. Continue on Daniels Road for 2.6 miles to Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Turn left onto Six Mile Cypress Parkway and proceed 2.9 miles. Cross over US Highway 41. Cypress turns into Gladiolus. Proceed on Gladiolus for 1.6 miles to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin and continue eight miles to Sanibel causeway. Cross over the causeway and turn right at the four way stop. This is Periwinkle Way. The office is located at 1506 Periwinkle Way on the right hand side across the road from the 7-11 convenience store.
