Driving Information

Check-in office at 1506 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, Fla. From Southwest Florida Regional Airport: Exit airport on Chamberlin Parkway. Continue on Chamberlin Parkway for 3.3 miles. Chamberlin Parkway becomes Daniels Road. Continue on Daniels Road for 2.6 miles to Six Mile Cypress Parkway and proceed 2.9 miles. Cross over U.S. Highway 41. Six Mile Cypress becomes Gladiolus. Proceed on Gladiolus for 1.6 miles to Summerlin Road. Turn left on Summerlin and continue for 8.0 miles to the Sanibel Causeway (toll). Cross over the causeway and turn right at the four-way stop on Periwinkle Way. The check-in office is on the right.
