The Best Inns Lee Manor is a historic hotel dating from the 1930’s, when its was called the Moulton Hotel. In the 1990’s it was renamed the Lee Manor Inn, and in 2004 it was franchised with Best Inns. A renovation in 2003 left the hotel equipped with wireless high speed Internet access. At the same time, the original charm was kept intact, for which the hotel received an award from the St. Pete Historical Society. Today, this hotel serves everyone from business to leisure travelers, with the hospitality and warmth of yesteryear. The Best Inn is within walking distance of many of St. Petersburg’s treasures museums, restaurants, the Pier and Baywalk. Despite its downtown location, parking is free for guests. There is an Olympic size public pool nearby, and a health club also located close by, which offers its facilities for a modest fee. Please note that this is a completely smoke free facility. Pets are not allowed. The tastefully appointed guestrooms are furnished with comfort in mind. Thoughtful room amenities include, cable TVs, ceiling fans, clock radios, complimentary local calls, Internet access, and refrigerators.
