Location. Positioned between Sarasota and Fort Meyers, the Burnt Store Marina is located in sunny Punta Gorda, Fla. Settled along the largest marina on Florida's west coast, the Burnt Store Marina is a tropical paradise surrounded by lakes and conservation areas. Fort Meyers, twenty miles southeast, features factory outlet stores and some dining and recreational possibilities. Sarasota, a center of cultural activity in Florida, is about 50 miles northwest and features a fantastic performing arts scene and some great shopping, nightlife and beaches.
Hotel Features. A convenience store is located on the resort grounds and the on-site restaurant, Latitudes on the Water, serves lunch and dinner daily. Conference space is available and guest laundry facilities exist. Shallow and deep-sea fishing are available, and there are three executive golf courses, six illuminated tennis courts, a state of the art athletic club and a sun drenched pool area available to guests. The marina maintains more than 400 boat slips, which are available by day, week, month or year.
Guestrooms. Each of the condos and villas feature kitchens with ranges, dishwashers, refrigerators and microwave ovens. Private lanais look out over the nature preserve or ponds and provide great places to relax and take in the serenity of the surroundings. CD stereos, cable televisions and VCRs are provided for entertainment.

Exit the airport and continue on Paul J. Dohorty Parkway.
Turn left on Daniels Parkway. Turn left on Jones Loop Road West.
Follow the road straight ahead.
Crossing Route 41, the road name changes to Burnt Store Road.
Continue for approximately nine miles until the Burnt Store Marina and Country Club.
Approximate driving time is 45 minutes and distance is 40 miles.
