The Watercrest is located on the sugar-white sands overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Fla. It is only one-and-a-half miles from St. Andrews State Park, three miles from ZooWorld, four miles from Shipwreck Island Water Park and eight miles from Gulf World Aquarium.
This 18-story high-rise features fully equipped condominiums on one of the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches." Amenities include an outdoor pool, children's pool, whirlpool, and beach access. Guests can catch some rays on one of the resort's sun decks, or get their exercise fix on the tennis or racquetball courts. Children's activities programs are available in the summer. Parking is complimentary.
These two-bedroom condos feature approximately 1,400 square-feet of living space. They are privately owned and individually decorated. All condos are outfitted with fully equipped kitchens, balconies with Gulf views and washers and dryers. Cable television and daily housekeeping are provided.
This family oriented property on Panama City Beach is close enough to the action, but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of white-sand shores and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
A registration fee of $10.76 will be collected at time of check-in. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

From Panama City/Bay County Airport:
Exit the airport and turn right on Hwy 390.
Take Hwy 390 to Hwy 98 W.
Turn right at the McDonald's.
Follow Hwy 98 W over the Hathaway Bridge and turn right at the second traffic light, which is Thomas Dr.
Follow for approximately 3.5 miles and the property will be on the right side.
The front desk is open daily from 9 AM-5 PM. Guests planning to arrive after hours must check in at the Boardwalk Beach Resort Welcome Center, 9400 South Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL. From Panama City/Bay County Airport:
Head south on W Airport Rd/CR-391 toward W 31st Ct.
Turn right onto FL-390/W St. Andrews Blvd and continue for one mile.
Turn right onto W 23rd St/FL-368/FL-390 Alt and continue for 1.75 miles.
Turn right onto US-98 W/FL-30 W/FL-30A W and continue for 2.25 miles.
US-98 W/FL-30A W becomes W Front Beach Rd/US-98 Alt/FL-30.
Continue on W Front Beach Rd/US-98 Alt/FL-30 for 2.25 miles.
Take a sharp left onto CR-3030.
Stay straight to go onto Thomas Dr/CR-3030.
Turn right onto S Thomas Dr/CR-392.
