Location. The SunSwept Condominiums offer a beachfront location close to many of the exciting activities in Panama City Beach, Fla. Boasting the largest private beach in the area, guests can rent chairs and umbrellas and spend the day basking in the sun, hit the waves on a personal watercraft, or play beach volleyball. St. Andrews Park, where guests can rent a bike to go cycling or go snorkeling, is approximately two miles away, as is Zoo World. Fabulous local restaurants are well within walking distance there are over a dozen restaurants less than one mile away. Adventurous guests can check out opportunities for parasailing and dolphin encounters. Features. The staff provides business services and event catering, and there are guest laundry facilities on site. The resort features an outdoor pool, complete with a fully landscaped sundeck, and guests receive complimentary use of a nearby fitness center. The resort offers children’s programs in the summer and a children’s pool to keep the kids busy. Other amenities include a game room, gift shop and restaurant. Guestrooms. The resort offers townhomes that overlook the beach or outdoor pool. The one bedroom villas sleep four, and come equipped with one queen bed and a sofa bed. Each unit has a kitchen with coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator. Other amenities include cable television with video players, modem/data port connection and laundry machines.
