The Sterling Reef condominiums overlook the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach, Fla., just steps away from the fun of the Shipwreck Island Water Park. The resort is also a short walk from restaurants, shopping and golfing.
This white and yellow high-rise resort stands in comparison to the other majestic condominium complexes and resorts of Panama City Beach, with a 4000-square-foot heated bi-level pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, and a health and fitness room overlooking the pool and beach. Sterling Reef also offers an activity room with a big-screen television. This property boasts impeccable guest services, including concierge service, on-site rentals and children's activities. Pets are not allowed at the property.
These condominiums give guests a real sense of space with nine-foot ceilings, open-plan living and dining area, and spacious balconies. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The island-endowed kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer in each unit for guests' convenience. Also in each condominium are cable televisions, high-speed Internet access, DVD players and video players.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
A non-refundable damage waiver fee of $40 (subject to change) is collected at check-in. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.
All guests receive a complimentary daily membership to Bay Point Golf Club, and discounts at the Niklaus course, four restaurants and a full- service spa and salon.
A late check-out of 2 p.m. is available.
