Location. ResortQuest Rentals at High Pointe Resort is nestled on the white sandy beaches of Seacrest Beach, Fla. The property is located 15 miles northwest of Panama City Beach.
Features. This four-story low-rise boasts a 6,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool settled between the resort's five buildings. A children's pool and two hot tubs are located near the pool. A fitness center, tennis courts and shuffleboard courts are available. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the on-site office. Complimentary seasonal beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella, is offered at this property. Seasonal children's activities are available for a fee.
Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at High Pointe Resort are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during Spring Break (3/18/07 - 4/14/07). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
