Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Grandview at Long Beach include an east and west building, each positioned on the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach, Fla. Centrally located on the Front Beach Road, these rentals are a few miles from local restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Features. ResortQuest Rentals at Grandview at Long Beach offers two outdoor pools, one for each tower. A fitness center is available. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are provided at the on-site office. Seasonal beach service, which includes four chairs and two umbrellas, is provided complimentary.
Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Grandview at Long Beach are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during Spring Break (3/18/07 - 4/14/07). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
