Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Celadon Beach Resort is a 23-story high rise property located directly on the beach in Panama City Beach, Fla. The resort is centrally located at the beginning of Panama City Beach's Front Beach Road.
Features. This property offers an indoor/outdoor pool, a gulf-front outdoor pool and a game room. A covered skywalk, air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, provides access to the lobby from the parking areas. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the on-site office. Seasonal beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella, is complimentary. Seasonal kid's activities are available for a fee. Pets are not allowed at the property.
Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Celadon Beach Resort are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units. One- and two-bedroom condos offer two bathrooms.
Please Note:
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of entire payment and the party will not be permitted to check in.
All condominium units are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to guest arrival. Daily maid service is not provided. Special maid service may be arranged at check-in for a fee.
Guests are advised to bring beach towels, as the provided towels may not be removed from the condominiums.
Boats, trailers, RVs and Jet Skis are not permitted at the property.

Start out going South on Airport Road/CR-391 toward West 29th Street.
Turn right onto FL-390/West St. Andrews Boulevard.
Turn right onto West 23rd Street/FL-368/FL-390 Alternate Route.
Turn right onto US-98/FL-30/FL-30A and continue to follow FL30A West for approximately ten miles.
Turn left onto FL-79.
Make a slight right turn onto West Front Beach Road/FL-30/US-98 Alternate Route.
Proceed for one mile to the resort.
