Location. The Ramada Hollywood Beach Resort overlooks the waters of the Atlantic in Hollywood Beach, Fla., only 10 miles from Ft. Lauderdale. This centrally positioned property offers quick access to major highways and airports, and is one mile from the downtown Hollywood Art Deco District. The resort is ideally located between the Miami and Fort Lauderdale business districts, convention centers, and ports of call. Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is six miles from this resort. Shuttle service is available to and from the airport for a fee.
Features. O'Malley's Ocean Pub is a popular outdoor, Tiki-style bar overlooking the beach serving wraps, seafood, salads and a wide selection of liquor, beer and wine. The Tucan Tango in the hotel features Spanish-style tapas and a martini bar. Complimentary continental breakfasts are served each morning in the Tucan Tango. Room service is offered during limited hours. Meeting space, wireless Internet access, concierge service, 24-hour front desk staff and laundry facilities are available. The resort offers a heated outdoor pool, fitness room and direct access to the Oceanwalk Mall, a busy promenade with shopping and dining venues. The hotel only offers valet parking for a fee.
Guestrooms. Guestrooms at the eight-story Ramada Hollywood Beach Resort are tastefully decorated in attractive, contemporary furniture, and are appointed to meet the needs of the modern traveler. All guestrooms feature kitchenettes or fully equipped kitchens with microwave ovens, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, pots, pans, flatware and dishes. Additional amenities include multi-channel televisions, bath amenities, coffeemakers, hair dryers and irons/ironing boards.
