There are five beaches in Florida that are considered to be the best.    Most people look for fine, soft sand when searching for that perfect beach. Some people also want lots of activity on the beach, and others want a quiet, more private beach. These are five beaches that can offer a little of both to please everyone.    One of the beaches is Pensacola Beach. In northern Florida, on the Gulf Coast, this beach does offer a lot of entertainment. It is a great beach for kids and families and offers camping and hiking at the Gulf Islands National Seashore.    A fun beach that is a great party beach, is South Beach. Located in Miami this is the beach for couples who love music, great food and fun people. There are many resorts in the area and also many shops to enjoy.    Cocoa Beach is located on the Atlantic Ocean and is very affordable. This is also a wonderful beach for families. It is close to Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center. This beach also has a lifeguard facility so it is safer for families to just enjoy the sunny weather and the wonderful water.    Clearwater Beach on the Gulf side is famous for its’ beautiful sunsets and cleanliness. This beach also offers many activities including golf, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, concerts, shopping and exciting nightlife. It is also a family-friendly beach, and a very popular one for weddings.    It is hard to think of Daytona Beach without thinking of the Daytona 500. Very popular with the spring breakers, it is also popular because of its’ 500 foot wide size. Kayaking, surfing, parasailing, scruba diving and many other water sports are very popular here.
