Each two-bedroom condo offers 1,280 sq. ft of living space with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, coffeemaker, oven, cooking range, refrigerator and dishwasher. These spacious accommodations have a separate dining room and living room, as well as a private, fully furnished screened-in porch. Each condo features a telephone, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and air conditioning. All linens and towels plus extras are supplied.

Turn left at fourth streetlight into resort entrance. From Tampa International Airport:
Approximate distance to hotel is 90 miles.
Follow I-75 South to River Rd. (Exit 191).
Follow River Road approximately 14 miles.
After first passing over US 41 and then Winchester Boulevard., turn left onto Pine Street.
Turn left at the fourth street light into the hotel's entrance.
From Southwest Florida International Airport:
Approximate distance to the hotel is 71 miles.
Follow I-75 North to River Rd. (Exit 191).
Follow River Road approximately 14 miles.
