Guests at Tivoli have it all a four block stroll to the action on the beach, but with peace and quiet preserved in a serene setting. Two bedroom villas typically have one king or queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Three bedroom villas typically have one king or queen bed in the master bedroom one queen and two twin beds in the second bedroom. A gorgeous pool area and lovely neighborhood are perfect companions to the beach, fairways and relaxation found at Tivoli. |

From Atlanta 85 South to Montgomery. Take 65 for about 2 miles to 331 South. Then 331 South to Hwy 98 West. Turn right when you reach Hwy 98 West and head west. From New Orleans Take I 10 east to Pensacola. Take exit 4 in Pensacola to 110. Take 110 to Hwy 98 East. Stay on Hwy 98 heading east for aprox 65 miles. We are on Hwy 98. From Birmingham Take I 65 to Andalusia. 55 South turns into I 85 south to Montgomery. Take 331 South to Hwy 98 West. Turn right at Hwy 98 head west for 12 miles. From South Florida 75 North to I 10. I 10 to 331 South, 331 South to Hwy 98 West. Take a right at Hwy 98 go 12 miles. We are on Hwy 98. |

If you arrive before the 4 00 p.m. check-in time or want to stay after the 11 00 a.m. check-out time, we will be happy to hold your luggage for you while you explore our 2,400-acre resort and sugar white sand beaches. Every attempt is made to honor special requests, but they are not guaranteed. A valid credit card is required to guarantee this reservation. A deposit equal to two nights lodging and the reservation processing fee will be charged to the card at the time the reservation is made. Cancellation within 14 days of planned arrival will incur forfeiture of the first two nights lodging fee. Prices are seasonal and do not include tax, gratuity if applicable , and a non-refundable 25 reservation processing fee plus tax . Our Internet rates cannot be combined with any other discounts.
