Location. ResortQuest at Nantucket Rainbow Cottages is located on the corner of Scenic Highway 98 and Crystal Beach Drive in Destin, Fla. These multi-colored cottages offer a convenient location across the street from the beach.
Features. ResortQuest at Nantucket Rainbow Cottages feature an outdoor pool centrally located between the cottages. Coin-operated laundry facilities are provided next door. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are provided at the on-site office.
Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest at Nantucket Rainbow Cottages are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. All units are equipped with private balconies or patios. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.
Please Note:
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during Spring Break (3/18/07 - 4/14/07). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.

Prior to 10/1/07, guests must check in at the ResortQuest Miramar Beach office, located at 11125 US Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, Fla.
From Okaloosa Regional Airport:
Take FL-85 North toward FL-190/Valparasio Parkway.
Stay straight to go onto FL-20 East/East John Sims Parkway.
Continue to follow FL-20 East.
Turn right onto White Point Road/FL-293.
Continue to follow FL-293 (portions toll).
Turn left onto US-98 East/FL-30 East.
Follow to check-in location.
Effective 10/1/07, guests must check in at the ResortQuest Central Destin office, located at 35000 Emerald Coast Parkway, Destin, Fla.
From Okaloosa Regional Airport:
Take Florida Exit #56 South onto SR 85, and travel approximately 15.5 miles.
Turn left (east) onto John Sims Parkway (SR 20), and travel approximately 5.8 miles.
Turn right (south) onto White Point Road (SR 293), crossing the Mid Bay Bridge (toll $2.50).
Turn left (east) onto US 98 and travel approximately 0.1 mile.
The ResortQuest Central Destin Office is located at the corner of US 98 and Crystal Beach Drive.
