The Jade East Towers in Destin, Fla., is located on a private stretch of beach on the Emerald Coast. Numerous restaurants and museums are within driving distance. Golf courses and water sports are also nearby.
This 18-story gated condominium resort features lush tropical landscaping and a lobby with three high-speed, air-conditioned elevators. The resort offers a lagoon-style pool with a waterfall, private beach and a gulf-side lounge area. Additional amenities include a fitness center, lighted tennis court, boardwalk to the beach, clubhouse, gas barbecue grills and picnic area. The resort also provides complimentary beach service from March through October.
These three-bedroom, three-bathroom condos are designed for comfort and convenience. Large private balconies offer gulf views. Bay windows in the master bedrooms overlook the beach. All condos feature fully equipped kitchens, and are equipped with televisions and VCRs. For guests' convenience, all units offer full-size washers and dryers.

From Pensacola/Mobile:
Take Interstate 10 to Highway 85 Exit (Crestview-Ft. Walton).
Turn right on Highway 85 South.
Take Highway 85 South to Highway 20 (Niceville).
Turn left on Highway 20.
Follow signs to Mid-Bay Bridge (Highway 293-toll).
Cross the bridge.
Turn right on Highway 98 and go through four stoplights.
Jade East is on the left just past Bank of America and before the Amoco gas station.
Please follow check-in instructions to receive the gate code to the property.
From Birmingham and Montgomery:
Take Highway 331 South to the Florida/Alabama border.
Take Highway 85 South to Highway 20 (Niceville).
Turn left on Highway 20.
