Pet Policy – One time non-refundable fee of 300 USD / 2 pet maximum per unit canine and feline or two felines / No weight limit / All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered / All inoculations must be current, proof must be supplied / All canines must be licensed and must wear collar and current ID tags / Owners must provide litter box for felines / Canine breed restrictions apply / City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment / We ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your dog or cat / Dogs over 50 lbs must pay an extra $25 per month as pet rent / Pet fee is 500 USD. There Is A 5 Night Minimum Stay. 4 Day Advance Booking Is Required.
