Location. The Regal Palms Resort and Spa is adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course behind the Berry Town Center in Davenport, Fla. The Walt Disney World Resort is 10 miles from the resort. Factory outlet malls, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are within 23 miles of the property.
Features. This resort's tropical swimming pavilion boasts heated pools, water slides, a lazy river and terraces with lounge chairs. The Regal Palms Bar & Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring a wide variety of American and European cuisine. The resort's clubhouse offers meeting and banquet facilities, and a business center with complimentary wireless Internet access and computer stations with high-speed Internet access for a fee. Fax and photocopy services are available at the front desk. A game room, children's playground, concierge and guest services, and the 24-hour front desk are also located at the clubhouse. The Regal Palms Spa & Health Club offers spa treatments, spray tanning booths, fitness equipment, a spa tub, steam room and sauna. Complimentary shuttle service to the Walt Disney World Resort is provided.
Guestrooms. Town homes and pool homes at the Regal Palms Resort and Spa are located in the Highlands Reserve development. All homes feature living and dining areas, and fully equipped kitchens with microwave ovens, refrigerators, stoves, cookware and dishwashers. Cable television, VCRs and DVD players are provided in all units. The town homes feature balconies or patios. Screened-in patios with private pools are offered at the pool homes. Pool heat is available for a fee. All accommodations are equipped with safes, central air conditioning, and washers and dryers. Dial-up Internet access is available.
Expert Tip. The Highlands Reserve Golf Course adjacent to the resort is a championship course designed by Mike Dasher. The course offers a variety of features, including pine tree-lined fairways, open fairways similar to the great Scottish courses, and a piece of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside.

Take Highway 538 West (Beeline Expressway) for eight miles to I-4 West.
Continue on I-4 West for eight miles.

Continue for nine miles to Highway 27 South.
Take Highway 7 South for two miles to Sand Mine Road.
Turn right onto Sand Mine Road.
The resort entrance is located on the right.
