Features. Florida Group Vacation Homes offers a variety of fully furnished three-, four- and five- bedroom homes with two, three, four or five bathrooms with a separate shower and bathtub. The homes have a private screened-in pool and townhouses have access to a community pool. With the convenient location and the extra space afforded by townhouses and private homes, Florida Group Vacation Homes appeals to budget-conscious families and groups.
Guestrooms. These vacation homes feature a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster and all the kitchen utensils and cookware guests will need during their stay. The master bedroom in each unit has either a king or queen bed and full bathroom. The other bedrooms have either twin or double beds and share a separate bathroom. Each home offers cable television in a separate living area. For guests' convenience, each unit also includes linens, towels and a washer and dryer. A private garage is included with each home.
Expert Tip. A must-see at Disney's Magic Kingdom is the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular. This dazzling extravaganza showcases the biggest, brightest fireworks in Magic Kingdom history.
Barbecue grills are available for a fee of $35 per week plus 7% tax.
Shorter stays of three to five nights will be subject to a one-time cleaning fee of $55 for a three-bedroom unit, $75 for a four-bedroom unit and $90 for a five-bedroom unit.
Pool heat (where available), with a minimum of four days, costs $25 per day plus 7% tax for electric heat and $35 per day plus 7% tax for gas heat.
All fees will be collected at check-in.
